A scarce original '1989 Henley Royal Regatta gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'W.O.Lewis (Badges) Ltd B'Ham.19', 'Not Transferable' and impressed with official issue number '3277'. Very good clean condition, no damage to the enamel and complete with original cord.
