R.M.S. Otranto Orient Steam Navigation Company ships bouy badge

A very scarce original early 20th century 'RMS Otranto gilt and enamel pin brooch', the 'Orient Steam Navigation Company' enamelled flag mounted to the centre of an early rope edge ship's bouy. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
Diameter approx 23mm.
