A scarce original First World War period official 'War Munition Volunteer workers gilt brass badge'; Crowned strap, shield to voided centre depicting crossed cannon guns, the reverse impressed with maker's details in relief 'J.R.Gaunt & Son Ltd London' 'Warranted Fire Gilt' and with official issue number '111130'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting.
