Robertsons Golly cricketer white waistcoat promotional badge Richard Gomm

A scarce original circa 1950's 'Robertson's Golly Cricketer badge' wearing light blue coat, white waistcoat, voided between legs and displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Richard Gomm Ford Street B'Ham 18'. Very good condition, complete with original coiled pin fitting and rolled catch, no stress mark or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright and complete with its original display card bearing advertising slogan 'EAT & ENJOY Golden Shred Marmalade. An excellent example.
