A good original First World War period Princess Mary 1914 Gift Fund tin, given to both Army & Navy Fighting Forces, this example is in presentable toned condition, with small split to front right corners, hinge fully functional, gilt finish polished back to brass, the base with minor service wear and dents.
These tins were given by Princess Mary as a gift to the Soldiers and Sailors fighting for King and Country, Christmas 1914.
