Conservative & Unionist political party membership pin badge Height 25mm

A scarce original circa 1940's small pattern 'Conservative & Unionist badge' in the form of a gilt brass title strap inlaid with dark blue enamel and inscribed 'Onward' the centre depicting in relief the united emblems of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, a Rose, Thistle, Daffodil and Shamrock; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd, Regent Street Birmingham. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no flaws to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. an excellent example.
