ISPCS Meltonian Shoe Cream character figure advertising badge H.W. Miller

A scarce original circa 1932 'Meltonian Man figural character promotional gilt and enamel variant badge, depicting a gentleman in morning dress sporting a top hat and monocle, standing on a jar of 'Meltonian' shoe cream, with scarce scroll inscribed 'I.S.P.C.S' (International Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Shoes); the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Miller 118 Branston St B'Ham'(1931-1934) and 'Copyright'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, nick to the enamel on right elbow and minor surface scratches.
