Union Jack Flag patriotic nautical ships wheel badge

A good quality scarce 1920's "Union Flag" or "Union Jack" badge, small gilt and enamel flag applied to a white enamel naval ship's wheel. Very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
