Grove Park Hospital Lewisham 1952 Hm silver nurses badge

A very scarce pattern 'Grove Park Hospital silver and enamel unnamed nurses pin badge' in the form of a cross, blue enamel title circlet, embossed stag's head to centre; the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1952 and maker's details 'JP' (John Pinches Ltd). Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting but with an old replacement hook, no stress marks or enamel loss.
Height approx 33mm.
