A rare ORIGINAL circa 1909 pattern issue 'Boy Scouts Engineer proficiency badge', red embroidered Wheel & Wings on khaki felt circular backing within green embroirdered surround, the reverse with black paper lining. Very good used condition, colours remain bright, evidence of having been removed from shirt.
