A scarce original First World War period 'Salisbury Infirmary hospital war service pin badge', bronze title bar with additional suspension inscribed '1915 - 1918' with attached medallion with 'THE SICK & NEEDY SHALL NOT ALWAYS BE FORGOTTEN' title surround, the voided centre bearing 'Salisbury City Council' striped 'Coat of Arms'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
