Carshalton School of Nursing nurses qualification badge

A good original mid-20th century period 'Carshalton School of Nursing Surrey Hospital pin badge'; gilt brass blue enamel title surround, the centre depicting a sword within laurel wreath, surmounted by blue and white motif of wavy lines on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings with roller safety catch in good working order, enamel intact some minor service wear.
