A scarce original Second World War period 'S.W. Farmer & Son Ltd Essential War Work identification pin badge'; chromium plated black enamel title surround the top mounted with a Lion, the centre depicting a large constructional frame on pale bue enamel ground; the reverse impressed with make's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham' and low issue number 44. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel.
Height approx 32mm.
