Shell-Mex and B.P. Ltd Oil Company petrol tanker driver cap badge

A scarce original circa 1950's period 'Shell-Mex and B.P. Ltd tanker driver's cap badge', large heavy duty brass and white metal example made up from three parts bearing the circa 1950's Shell style applied logo and 'BP' shield inlaid with enamel. Very good used condition, complete with original two loop fittings to reverse and split pin.
