A scarce original First World War period 'On Goverment Work 1915 war workers identification badge'; gilt brass blue enamel title surround embossed Crown to centre on polished ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.A.Restall Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
