RAF No 83 Bomber Squadron Royal Air Force badge by H.W.Miller Ltd

A very scarce original Elizabeth II period 'No 83 Bomber Squadron Royal Air Force' gilt and enamel vintage pin badge, depicting a red deer's antler and motto 'Strike to Defend', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham.18' a format used between circa 1957 and the mid 1970's. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
