St. Luke's Hospital Chelsea LCC 1930 silver nurses badge

A scarce original 'St. Luke's Hospital Chelsea silver and enamel nurses unnamed badge' in the form of a cross mounted with the 'London County Council Arms' to the centre, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1930 and maker's details 'F&S' (Fattorini & Son). Good condition, complete with original pin fitting with safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel, but has had some old restoration to the left arm, differing slightly in colour.
