Hong Kong Scoutmaster Officer hat badge & plume c.1988

A good original late 20th century 'Hong Kong Boy Scouts Officer's hat badge'; white metal example bearing Hong Kong arrowhead within circlet inscribed 'Be Prepared', complete with green nylon plume. Very good condition, retaining original two clutch pin fittings and retainers to reverse.
