R.M.S. Samaria Cunard Shipping Line Silver Anchor Badge 1922 - 1955

A very scarce original circa 1930's period 'RMS Samaria transatlantic ocean liner pin brooch'; large example the reverse impressed 'Sterling Silver'. Excellent condition, complete with original pin fittings.
Height approx 41mm.
In 1941 R.M.S. Samaria was requisitioned by the Royal Navy and served as a troopship until 1948 when she was returned to Cunard and refitted for passenger service.
