Nunquam Non Paratus Nurses M.F.H Hospital Nurses Badge c.1922

A scarce original early 20th century large bronzed nurses pin badge', the obverse depicting in relief 'The Lady With The Lamp' Florence Nightingale with Latin motto 'Nunquam Non Paratus' (Never Unprepared), the reverse inscribed 'D.BLAIN 1920 -1922'. Good condition, complete with original suspension bar marked 'M.F.H.
Height approx 60mm.
Past records of this badge, some have been known to be inscribed 'City Hospital. Lodge Road, Birmingham' to the reverse, this example unmarked.
