Festival of Britain 1951 souvenir pin badge

A good original souvenir badge from the 'Festival of Britain 1951 national exhibition'; large silver plated example bearing the emblem designed by 'Abram Games' which depicts the profile of Britannia's head with crested helmet on the north point of a four-pointed compass rose, inlaid with enamel in the traditional red, white and blue colours of the Union Flag. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact but with slight infill flaws to points.
Height approx 38mm.
