WW1 Speed Up Munitions and Guns Woman Worker Pin Badge

A scarce original First World War period 'Speed Up Munitions and Guns war workers triangular gilt badge' patriotic red, white and blue enamel title surround with winged bullet to voided centre, the reverse impressed in relief 'DID HER BIT ON MUNITIONS GREAT WAR 1914 -1918' and with 'Rd.662629' a registered, design and patent date of 1918. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, very minor underglaze flaws gilt finish remains bright.
