Boy Scouts Commissioner Officer 3rd Pattern EPNS hat badge

A very scarce original circa 1937-1952 third pattern 'Commissioner Officer's hat badge', Electro Plated Nickel Silver arrowhead in circle bearing 'Boy Scouts' motto scroll below; the reverse impressed 'E.P.N.S' within semi circle holder. Very good condition, complete with purple nylon plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom and two flat loop fittings with split pin.
Diameter approx 31mm.
