A very scarce original Second World War period 'ARP Control Officer R & M possibly Rescue and Messenger Services Air Raid Precautions badge'; chromium plated black enamel title surround with 'ARP' to centre; the reverse impressed with makers details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no enamel loss.
