Nightingale School St Thomas Hospital SEN 1975 silver badge

A scarce original 1970's period 'Nightingale School St Thomas Hospital state enrolled nurse training pin badge' silver disc bearing blue enamel surround the centre depicting an embossed profile portrait of 'Florence Nightingale' within Tudor rose, two Fleur-de-lis symbols and Coat of Arms of ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1975, maker's details 'T.F. (Thomas Fattorini) and inscribed '1987 C.S. NELSON'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, some enamel restoration to lower right surround, light surface scratches.
