British Army Blacksmith, Farrier, Horseshoe proficiency trade badge

A good original early army proficiency sleeve badge representing the blacksmith's trade, in the form of a brass horseshoe; this example retaining a brass backing plate, two loop fittings and split pin. Very good condition.
