A very scarce original circa First World War period 'Tho's Firth & Sons Ltd St John Ambulance Association possibly a uniform collar badge' small white metal circlet, the centre depicting the St. John Ambulance Maltese Cross logo within title surround bearing The St.John Ambulance Association' impressed 'Rd111905' (a registration, design and patent date for 1888 -1889) with ribbon company title scroll below. Good condition, complete with original two loop fitting and split pin, minor fracture to left scroll, not affecting the general appearance.
Height approx 32mm.
