A good original 'British Railway & St John Ambulance Association 15 Years First Aid and Efficiency Service medal', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1958, maker's details 'JT&Co' (John Taylor & Co London) and inscribed 'ROSA WEST 1959 S.392'. Excellent condition, complete with original silver suspension ring.
