A scarce original circa pre 19922 period 'Midland Railway Ambulance Corps badge'; large gilt blue enamel title surround, red enamel St. John Ambulance Brigade Maltese Cross logo to centre on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Wm DOWLER & SONS Ltd BIRMm'. Very good condition, complete with original heavy duty pin fittings no enamel loss.
