A very scarce original fine quality 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service QARNNS silver buckle'; Crowned fouled anchor on domed ground, within a laurel wreath surround, the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1903 to both loops and maker's details 'J.D' (James Dudley Osborne Road, Southsea, Hampshire). Very good condition, complete with matching loops, an excellent example.
