A rare original circa 1950s period 'Robertsons Standard Golly badge', gilt brass example, wearing light blue coat and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred'; the reverse stamped in relief with maker's details 'Firmin London' in rectangular box within bobble pattern surround. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or enamel loss, an excellent example.
