WW2 Fighter Plane copper penny fundraising badge

A scarce original original Second World War period aircraft badge, skillfully made from a copper penny and sold to raise funds, very similar in form to a 'German ME410' heavy fighter plane flown by the Luftwaffe circa 1943 to 1944. Good condition, with an applied brass safety pin fitting bearing traces of solder.
Length approx 22mm.
Wingspan approx 27mm.
