A scarce original fine quality 'Merthyr Tydfill School of Nursing Wales silver pin badge; large green translucent enamel shield decorated with leeks, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1970 and maker's details 'F & S' (Fattorini & Sons). Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order enamel perfect.
