Dudley Road Hospital Birmingham 1983 Hallmarked Silver Nurses Badge

A scarce original 1980's period 'Dudley Road Hospital Birminghampin nurse pin badge'; green enamel arched oblong shaped example bearing 'FORWARD' motto, the centre depicting a long corridor over blue enamel 'DRH 1887' for the year it was founded; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1983 and maker's details 'THOMAS FATTORINI REGENT ST. BIRMINGHAM'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
