A rare original just prior to the end of First World War period 'Primrose League Loyalty 1914 - 1918 Medal'; large gilt patriotic enamelled example in the form of a Imperial Crowned white enamel circlet with motto 'Imperium et Libertas' (Empire and Liberty) the centre depicting a 'PL' Primrose flower on blue enamel ground, red enamel scroll below 'LOYALTY 1914 -1918' Very good immaculate condition, complete with original red silk ribbon and suspension bar.
