1908 Lingfield Park Club matching numbers pair of horse racing badges

A very rare original Edwardian period ladies and gentlemens '1908 Lingfield Park horse racing club membership badges', the reverse with maker's details 'H.LEWIS 109 MOUNTSt. LONDON N.W' and both impressed with official issue number '686'. Very good condition, complete with pin fittings and blue and white cord knotted at the end, gilt finish remains bright.
