A scarce original circa 1949 period 'Registered General Nurse Scotland silver and enamel pin badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1949, maker's details 'H&I' 'Hamilton & Inches E'Burg' and inscribed 'J.C.HAYES-SPENCE A27237'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
