A scarce original circa 1940's period 'Brown Brothers & Co Ltd National Service officially numbered badge'; gilt brass example in the form of a ship's wheel the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd, Regent St, Birmingham' and number'810'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor enamel loss to edge in the 2 o'clock position.
