A scarce original First World War period 'Mitcham Town Guard 1914 lapel badge'; large gilt blue enamel title strap, patriotic red, white and blue Union Flag to centre on seeded ground; the reverse engraved with official issue number '318'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, gilt finish remains bright.
