A scarce original First World War period 'Sir W.G.Armstrong Whitworth & Co Ltd, Munitions of War Imperial Service war workers identification badge'; gilt brass circular example inlaid with blue enamel, the reverse impressed with official issue number '53692'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no ename loss, minor service wear.
Diameter approx 27mm.
