A scarce original early issue 'Charing Cross Hospital London medal badge' heavy bronze example in the form of a Maltese cross with fleur-de-leys between each arm, complete with original dark blue and red silk ribbon with early type buckle suspension bar with pin fittings, the reverse inscribed to the recipient 'BETTINE PILKINGTON'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, actual PIN BROKEN, CROSS MISSING A BAUBLE, price reflects.
