A good original pre 1953 period 'Civil Service Motoring Association members car badge'; chromium plated example in the form of a winged wheel superimposed on voided spoked title surround surmounted by a King George VI red enamel Crown; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Collins London' and central internal threaded hole for an attachment fitting now absent. Very good condition, no damage to enamel crown, minor stain to reverse, external grille fittings now absent, otherwise an excellent example.
