A scarce original post 1940's period Empress of Scotland souvenir ship's picture brooch', the reverse impressed 'MADE IN ENGLAND' 'STERLING SILVER' 'Pt 202213'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, colours remain bright, minor dent to reverse.
Diameter approx 27mm.
The Empress of Scotland was formerly known as The Empress of Japan, she was renamed following the entry of Japan into the Second World War.
