WW1 C.Lindley & Co Ltd On His Majesty's Work Badge

A good original First World War period 'C.Lindley & Co Ltd on war service identification badge'; gilt circlet with blue enamel trim, Crowned O.H.M.W. central bar with 'CL & Co Ld below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Vaughtons Ltd Birmingham'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel with minor service wear.
Diameter approx 28mm.
C.Lindley & Co Ltd were an Engineering Company and were CONTRACTORS TO THE WAR OFFICE, ADMIRALTY, ETC in 1918.
