A very scarce original circa Second World War period 'American Red Cross G.B.&W.E pin badge'; small chromium plated example with blue enamel title surround, red cross to the centre on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
