A scarce original First World War 'JOHN KNIGHT LIMD 1915 On War Service badge', circular gilt brass example bearing yellow enamel title circlet, company name to centre on green enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.GAUNT & SON LONDON'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel.
Diameter approx 26mm.
