National Union of Mineworkers Derbyshire Area NUM badge c.1945

A good original circa 1945 early issue 'Derbyshire Area National Union of Mineworkers badge', gilt brass example inlaid with red and blue enamel, miner's helmet to centre shining a bright orange light; the reverse impressed with irish maker's details 'JEWELLERY Co DUBLIN'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
