RMMV Athlone Castle Line ships wheel badge c.1935 - 1965

A good original pre war period 'R.M.M.V. Athlone Castle Shipping Line gilt and enamel pin brooch', the Union-Castle Line company enamel flag mounted to the centre of a ship's wheel. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, small minor enamel defect to wheel in the 5 o'clock position, otherwise intact.
Diameter approx 27mm.
