S.S. Lake Manitoba Canadian Pacific Line hand painted enamel picture brooch

A rare original circa 1901 period 'S S Lake Manitoba shipping line pin badge'; ornate gilt heart set with five turquoise stones, the central disc bearing a hand painted representation of the Canadian Pacific steamship. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
Height approx 26mm.
