Queens Institute of District Nursing 21 years service badge

A good original 'Queen's Institute of District Nursing badge', gilt example displaying 'Queen Victoria Imperial Cypher' in enamel to voided centre, the reverse impressed in relief 'For 21 Years Service' and inscribed 'MARY PAYS'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
